Below are some common questions about our offering and personalization possibilities.
What steps are involved in creating my figurine?
The process is pretty simple and straightforward. In a nutshell:
- Upload picture, Add your comments (Describe desired accessories - up to 3 -, Clothing and color specifications, facial expression etc.). Checkout the order.
- Starter pack blister image generated by packute team, validates the final result with the customer.
- 3D figurine printing.
- Hand-painting of the figurine by Packute artists in our workshops
- Encase the figurine + accessories in premium packaging box, with certificate of authenticity
- Your order is shipped with tracking option via UPS

Can I review or edit the Starter Pack image during ordering?
Of course — and this is a crucial step: Before launching the print, we ensure you’re 100 % satisfied with the design of your starter-pack figurine by reviewing it with you first.
The beauty of Packute: we engage personally the 3D figurine will be the same design of the starter pack version.
How many revisions are allowed before printing begins?
You can requests as many revisions as you like. Our top objective is that you are fully satisfied with the 3D figurine you receive.
In most of the cases, given that we use to manipulate prompts to have a high quality rendering, the v1 or v2 we send you via mail fully fits to customer's expectations, but we stay available for any detail or precision.
Can I include pets or multiple accessories in my figurine?
Adding pets to the 3D figurine is not supported at this time, but accessories can be included if detailed during ordering. There is a limited quantity of the number of miniature pieces we can print, just make sure to detail your preferences when placing your order.
How are accessories chosen, integrated, and positioned?
Physical Starter pack blister production is not available at this time, so accessories are carefully packed in the main packaging box containing your 3D figurine.
Quality & Materials
What material is used for the figurine?
We use the official Sunlu ABS-Like Resin for the 3D printing. This is arguably one of the best ABS filaments on the market. It's pure, without any additives, hence its thermal and mechanical properties are excellent for parts that need good temperature resistance. However, on the flip side it is difficult to print.
What printers and resolutions do you use?
We own 8 Peopoly Phenom XXL V2 printers, one of the most advanced models at this time, ready at any second to print your mini-me.
The Phenom XXL V2 is an upgraded version of the original XXL and is the ultimate 3D printer for high-volume production and large models, designed by Peopoly for the Phenom series, boasting a build volume of 527 x 296 x 550 mm.
What is the standard figurine size? Are there other sizes available?
Official size of each 3D figurine is 6-inch height. We'll propose soon other variants of different sizes, as well as different style variants of 3D figurines.
Is the figurine pre-painted or do you offer additional finishing options?
No, it's not pre-painted. The hand painting is included in the total price, and is processed internally by dedicated Packute artists.
The 3D figurine is hand-painted with collector-grade paints to match the validated mockup.
Multiple layers are applied for realistic textures (skin tones, clothing details, accessory highlights), a final protective varnish is applied for durability.

What is included in the price?
In addition to the main product the 3D figurine, we can deliver additional resources if you precise it during the order (possible to receive these resources after the order of course, just let us know).

- Starter Pack image
- 3D animation

What is the packaging like?
Encased in a custom‑designed blister pack, reminiscent of high‑end action figures.
The packaging features bespoke artwork and witty labels describing your “starter pack” items. It’s not just a box – it’s part of the art, perfect for display. (We even design a vintage‑style backing card with personalized text and graphics.)
Complete with a certificate of authenticity and your name. Exclusivity is guaranteed.
Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the U.S.; worldwide shipping by end of 2025.
What if I want to return or exchange?
During Starter Pack creation stage: You can revise the design as many times needed before approving the final image. We make sure your expected physical product will fully matches to the starter pack figurine.
After 3D production starts (post-approval): No returns, as the figurine is custom-made and is a unique product.
For any issues or damage during shipping, our 24/7 support will help resolve it promptly.
How long does fulfillment take?
The complete creation of the 3D figurine takes approximately 4/5 days. Except 2/3 days then for the shipping processed via UPS.
Do you offer express shipping or bundled shipping?
We use UPS Express option, so you can be sure your order will arrive without delay!
All figurines ordered during the same purchase will be shipped at the same time, pricing depending on the number of figurines. Shipping pricing is calculated at checkout page when you specify your postal address.
What if the figurine is damaged in transit?
No worries, just send us a picture of the damaged part; We will cover any reshipment costs if necessary and ensure you receive the figurine you expected.
